Summary 0000273: AX1600 Card problem in Elastix-2.0.0-beta1-i386-bin-20Jan2010
Description The problem is circuit board busy even the phone line is ready after the PBX reboot.
Then release phone line and put in again it is working.
I think the PBX have not automatic to detect the phone line after reboot, need manual to release phone line and put in again it can detected. Then cab dial out.
Each time I need to manual do this, after PBX reboot.

I had installed Elastix 2.0 beta2 and yum update then reboot and test ATCOM1600 again. But the problem still not solve.
The problem is all circuit board busy, when I dial out after reboot PBX. I need to remove the phone line and put in again then it is working each time after reboot.

But I used same ATCOM1600 in Elastix 1.6 is no all circuit board busy problem, but have another problem is it can dial even no phone line connected.

Confirmed. Bug reproducible as follows:
- boot PBX with all cables connected to card
- on attempt to dial out from PBX with card, failure happens:
NoOp("SIP/412-00000003", "Dial failed for some reason with DIALSTATUS = CHANUNAVAIL and HANGUPCAUSE = 0")
NoOp("SIP/412-00000003", "TRUNK Dial failed due to CHANUNAVAIL HANGUPCAUSE: 0 - failing through to other trunks") in new stack
- Workaround (confirmed) is to physically remove cable from card, then plug it again. Then calls can be dialed out.

All this was confirmed with a FXO module.

Might be related to bug 0000289.

The patch that fixes bug 0000289 happens to fix this bug too, therefore showing that this is actually a dupe.
